As a part of Tampa's & Ybor City's Rich History, Halloween is celebrated with a tradition called "Guavaween" which rivals that of the Mardi Gras Celebration in New Orleans. It includes similar styles of Exotic Costumes, People, & of course Parties... This is an event that Phoenixxx absolutely LIVES for each year & she celebrates it as HARDCORE as she possibly can...
